CSR's are our frontline employees. They ensure our customers have a fun-filled experience while in our stores. Customer Service Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Game technicians train initially in our shop, which is located at Campbell Industrial Park. Once a Technician completes training and is evaluated by the Shop Manager, they are assigned to a store.

Same requirements as a Game Technician plus have a valid State of Hawaii CDL B driver's license and a clean driver's abstract. Please see above.
