Kaman Corporation is a diversified company that conducts business in the aerospace and industrial distribution markets. The Company's businesses are divided into Industrial Distribution and four reporting segments within the aerospace industry: Aerostructures, Fuzing, Helicopters, and Specialty Bearings (collectively, the Aerospace Segments). The combined Aerospace Segments comprise: Kaman Aerospace Corporation (KAC), Kamatics Corporation, Kaman Dayron, Inc. (Dayron), Plastic Fabricating Company, Inc. (PlasticFab), and RWG Frankenjura-Industrie Flugwerklager GmbH (RWG). KAC is the Company's principal business unit. The divisions of KAC are Aerostructures, Fuzing and Helicopters. In April 2008, the Company’s subsidiary, Kaman Industrial Technologies Corporation (KIT), completed the acquisition of Industrial Supply Corp. In October 2008, the Company announced that its subsidiary, Kaman Industrial Technologies Corporation (KIT) has acquired Industrial Rubber and Mechanics, Incorporated.
