The Bank is engaged in commercial banking business and provides a range of banking services and trust services to its customers. On December 29, 2008, the Company acquired Liberty Benefits, Inc. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company acquired TC Group Securities Company, Inc., Allied Benefits Group, LLC, TCG Investment Advisory Inc., and Trollinger Consulting Group.
