Future-ready technologies for Switzerland: Trend insights from job postings analysis

Job postings data has recently proven to be an insightful data source for foresight purposes. It reflects the adoption of emerging technologies in practice without major time or publication delays.
In the University of Liechtenstein’s research they used current online job postings from Switzerland to identify technologies that are frequently mentioned in connection with future-related terms in job descriptions.
This novel approach provides a data-based overview of the specific technology areas in which companies in Switzerland see future potential and are actively hiring for.
