This research paper uses LinkUp job listing data, which provided an opportunity to peer inside the black box of data coding structures otherwise provided as a paid service by other RT-LMI vendors. The goal of this study was to understand the value and limitations of RT-LMI for monitoring health workforce demand, including allied health professions.
