What do job listings tells us about a company?

In this academic paper for the 2017 Datathon, Duke University students ask what's in a job listing? By asking this question they try to predict the stock price of select companies. Their predictive outcome is based on whether or not a company is within the top 25% among other company in terms of the return over time period we are interested in.
